For nearly a decade, the Herdmans have chosen to call this region their home. Beverly and James believe it's the perfect place to raise their two children.
Over the years, they have witnessed this unique area's evolution. To their delight, winemakers continue to settle here, giving rise to a growing number of wine trails leading to diverse wineries and vineyards. Beverly and James revel in the vacation-like atmosphere of the wineries, spending quiet time together as a couple.
The Herdmans are absolute professionals. With their outstanding experience and dedication, upbeat personalities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, they're the ideal team to guide you in discovering, and acquiring, your dream home.

Meet Renee Stallings
Renee Stallings, their Executive Assistant, coordinates a broad scope of services for the team's clients and provides the support and follow-up needed for the many components of real estate transactions. Renee brings her Marketing degree from Southern New Hampshire University to the team. Her delightful manner and attention to detail are an asset to clients. She plays a key role in the team's assurance of smooth and succesful real estate transactions.
Actively involved in the community, Renee volunteers in the school system and as a soccer coach. She is also a member of the Culpeper Humane Society. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, hiking, reading and being outdoors.
